Terms and Conditions

Trader

  • No offensive images or language will be accepted for listings or tolerated through submitting information.

  • A new month will start from the first of each month, not from the date of enquiry/confirmation.

  • A reminder email will be sent to your email address around 2 weeks before your listing is due to end. If you would like to continue your subscription you will need to send confirmation and your payment at least 1 week before the end of the current month.

  • If you wish to not continue, please advise this in an email and your listing will be removed at the end of your subscription.

  • Featured listings are available for max 2 consecutive months and will be on a first come first serve basis. IF you request this on your booking form, we will let you know on your invoice before requesting payment.

  • Event listings are available for a max of 6 months before the event date and can be featured for a max of 2 months before the event.

  • We reserve the right to remove any content from our website that we don’t deem to be appropriate for what we are trying to promote

  • Any information provided for each listing must be checked and confirmed by you the trader before submitting. We will list what you have sent on your booking form so please check that the details are correct before submitting.

  • By sending a booking form and payment, you are accepting the Terms listed in the Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy

Customer

  • The Yorkshire Wedding Directory are in no way affiliated with the businesses listed. We are purely an online directory for advertising purposes. Any issues with individual suppliers, customers must contact the supplier directly and not The Yorkshire Wedding Directory.

  • The Yorkshire Wedding Directory will not request customers personal details unless submitted for marketing and update purposes. 

  • Any details for bookings will need to be made directly with the business listed.
